Every Tuesday (my close buddies know this), I volunteered myself to this very beautiful village called Kampung Tekir. I offered to teach the orang asli (aboriginal) children to read, write & learn. Of course to share the love of God with them. This is a part from my church services to the community. But last Tuesday I went there to do altered frame in conjunction with the Parents Day that we celebrated last Sunday. I called two of my scrapbook buddies and they agreed to lend a hand. Michelle sponsored embellishments & Agnes helped me painted 15 frames. Bless their kind souls! I did my share too, I painted the other 15 frames. It was really fun to see the excitement of the children when they decorate the frames. Something very new for them as they are not as fortunate as the children living in the city :)
Michelle, I promised you that I will snap pics for you to see, so here they are especially for you...
