Fancy Pants Layouts!
Well this time I used the new arrivals by Fancy Pants - On a Whimsy, Delight & Kraft Kuts collection. I painted the transparent die-cuts with paint and also inked a couple with Staz-On Ink. I had fun playing with paint. It was messy but it was worthwhile.
