Me & Adam

Macy gave me some pretty papers & embellishments from My Mind's Eye new collection called Pretty Please. I was looking through my Rawa Island vacation pictures and saw this awesome pic of Adam & I. Immediately I knew I have to scrap that pics of us. For me pink looks pretty good for a boy's layout too. So do not be afraid to unleash those pink papers on a boy or on a man.

I had extra papers so I decided to make a card too :)

Beach Beauties

I bumped into this new sketch blog called Twisted Sketches. Anam, the owner did a pretty sketch and when I saw it, I knew I have to play with it. The twist is to use ribbon on your layout. I used 2 ribbons, cherry ribbon and one I sewed the green flowery ribbon into a flower form. And guess what... Wati also used the same sketch to do her latest layout. Go check hers out! I totally loved how she used her ribbon on the layout. Well great mind bumped into same blog... LOL!!

A recent pic of us enjoying our trip at Rawa Island :)

Close up of my self-assembled flower. Nice?

Penang & Birthday!

On Eric's birthday that was on the 9th June, we went to Penang. Eric needed to train top agents of a new product launch. So I tagged along since I am on school holiday. We stayed at Cititel Hotel and the only one thing I didn't like was there were no free wi-fi. You need to pay RM2/night. I was like... come on... places like food court near my hse & restaurants give free wi-fi these days. Why not Cititel Penang? That was pretty interesting to me!!

Anyways... when Eric was away with work. Paul came to get me & I finally got to meet KarenJoel & Rebekah again!! It has been sometime I last met them. I remembered I saw Rebekah when she was 6 months old and she'll be turning 2 this July. How time flies! I managed to capture the little ones and Rebekah was such a poser. I was glad that Joel did some posing for me too :)

After all those snappy-snappy, we met Eric at Gurney Plaza in this restaurant called Manila Place. Gosh, they serve really delicious food at a very reasonable price!! Oh yeah, Stella, Mark, Ah Leong & Uncle joined us for dinner too. I was so busy eating that I only managed to snap my appetizer and main course - Steak with mint sauce. It was heaven!! We also surprised Eric with a green tea birthday cake. Thanks Karen for the cake. The staff at Manila Place was so generous that they cut the cake and gave a little deco on it. I would also like to take the opportunity to thank this lovely couple, Leonard & Yen Nee for bringing us up to Batu Ferringhi. It was a good long walk... LOL!!

I am FINALLY back!!

After all the trips going North & South of the Peninsular, finally I am back home! I really missed our two fur-babies, Tuffie & Tobes! They were boarded to the Pet shop for 6 days! Tuffie lost 0.7kg and Tobes gained a little weight... hmmm.... weird! LOL. The other time it was vice versa. Well they were boarded for 6 days. That's why :)

First off we went to Malacca on the 3rd June for a day trip, Eric had to train the sales agent of a new product launch. The very next day, we headed straight to Mersing. It was a very long journey. Going in and out of kampungs and estates. When we reached, we were excited to see Wati, Chris & Adam again. We went straight to the Rawa office and waited for our speed boat there. It was a safe place to park our car there too.

Well, Eric & Adam managed to play together.

Eric enjoying the view at the front of the speed boat!

A couple of shots in the speed boat.

Well, here are the shots that we took in Rawa Island. It was such a beautiful beach with clear water! Eric & I never love beach all along but Rawa Island definitely changed my mindset.
If you want a beach vacation, pls consider Rawa Island. Trust me, you'll have tons of fun.
Oh yeah the food was so awesome! I loved every meal!

We were greeted by this breath-taking scenery of Rawa.

Our Chalet, beach front.

Me being silly at our chalet.

Eric was so anxious to get into the clear water. LOL!!

Adam & I. Love these photo of us!

Yup, there was a peacock on the island!

Group photo!

The slide was awesome too!

Pretty babes with pretty dresses!
When I saw these dresses
I knew I have to get one for Wati too.

Love this shot of us! Reflection on the mirror.

We looked so funny! LOL!

Eric & his toy gun!

The newly crowned- beach bummers!

It was a fun 3 days 2 nights vacation with our dearest friends.

Sista's Love

Here's the SIL June's Challenge I created. A layout of myself and my god-sista, Elaine. I really missed those moments we spent when she was still in Malaysia, she stays 5 mins away from my house. Now she is furthering her studies at Australia. Can't wait to see her again!
Finally I used the Pink Paislee kit called Vibe I bought from
SK Beyond sometime ago.

At the mean time pls visit Scrap-It-Lah's blog
for the sketch challenge details!! Hope to see your creation soon :)
 So scrap it lah...
