Here I present to you The Christophers. The three generations of Christophers. I really liked these 2 photos I snapped of my papa, my good-looking brother and my handsome nephew (my bro's son).

Love the heart alot! I painted twice - black and red, crackled it and glittered it :)

{Heart} the background alot too!! Do check out tiny tips & techniques how I did this layout HERE :)

Oh yeah , before I sign off I wanna show you my new hairstyle :) Captured this shot using the Mac photo-booth. So whaddaya think of that?

Ok, I got to bid farewell now. Will be back soon with more photos :)

Mission To Create

Hi everyone!! How was your weekend? Mine was tensed last week simply because I was commissioned to create a birthday album for a client. I was tensed cause this dude said that he used to do scrapbook so I wasn't sure what was his expectations were. Got what I mean? Glad that it's over now. I was also happy to know that the client was satisfied with my designs... phew!!

Ok let's move on. I created a card based on Mission To Create's concept. You can click HERE to check it out.

I heart this week's concepts because it has something to do with vintage. Haha. I used a vintage music sheet and Daisy D's vintage journaling card that I have cut the image out and placed it on the scallop circle. Loving the Maya Road bead pin that I pinned it on the ribbon.

Be sure to join us this week. If you are not into cards, you can always use the concepts for layouts too and stand a chance to win a RAK by Mon Scrapbook. Oh yeah, the DT card call is still going on so pls check HERE if you are interested.

I am actually at Honda Service Centre now to send my car for service so I am taking this opportunity to update the blog at a coffee shop now. Haha. Thank God for Wi-Fi. Hope that the car will be ready soon. Ok, I have to sign off now to do a little blog hopping.

Just to chill. Most importantly... all I want to do is to love you... wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wo wooo .... *singing away*

P/s: Whenever I see Jennifer Nettles (lead singer), she reminds me of Cameron Diaz, no? Prob those long legs. LOL

Happy Friday ... wo wo wo woo...

I Made It... Again!!

Guess what I received in the mailbox today.... a copy of Creating Keepsakes May/June 2010 magazine. It was a gift from Creating Keepsakes!! I was surprised, really! I almost bought a copy at the book stand BUT something held me back... phew!

Why they sent me a copy? It's because one of my layout is published in CK again! It's my second time with them and I hope more to come *wishful thinking*

I scrap-lifted Elizabeth Kartchner's layout simply because I loved it! Who doesn't love her work? She is such a HUGE inspiration to me and I am sure to the rest of the scrapbookers out there!

Just wanna thank CK again for picking my layout and giving me another chance to be published :)

As usual, thanks for dropping by and nite nite!

Sketchabilities Sketch # 16

Alrighty, it's Sketchabilities time again!! This round we got to play with Allison Richardson's sketch and I had so much fun!! You can check out the sketch HERE :)

I heart this photo series of Mr.Handsome, Adam & Chris. They looked so good in these shots!
You know what... I had so much fun playing with Cosmo Cricket's Boyfriend collection. The colors are bold and the papers are just so cool - love those silly sayings for sure!! I am glad that I picked them up :)

Close-up shots:
Love the pleating. I am lazy to sew so I staple to create pleats & I do that for my ribbons too :)
Bubble wraps + paint + mist are my very good friends *wink*

I placed the chipboard airplane in this layout because they {heart} aviation! Mr.Handsome is into remote control-helicopter, Adam loves collecting toy airplanes+ Chris repairs airplanes (how cool!). So that chipboard airplane is just perfect there!!

I love how the Prima packaging can be used as part of the layout. Recycle what you have :)

Teacher Jessy is given off today because we had Sports Day cum Teacher's Day yesterday. The Principal declared off for the teachers and students. What a Bliss! Once again, thanks for dropping by and YES, your comments always make my day! Have an awesome Monday :)

Psstt.... No "Monday Blues" for me today! Whee!

We Got Fake Mo's

I was busy and also was lacking of mojo since last week... seriously!! I was exhausted too but glad that the assessment at kindy was over today. Hence, I have more time to breathe now. LOL! I was blog hopping after a short nap and suddenly thought of Design Dollies. I recalled that I submitted a layout for their April sketch challenge and guess what... drumroll pls... I WON!! You can check it out HERE :) *doing the happy dance*

Gosh I am so lacking out compared to you ladies who are updating your beautiful creations everyday, if it's not everyday, it's every other day BUT today, I managed to squeeze some time to do a layout titled "We Got Fake Mo's"!! Yaays!! I created this layout according to this sketch HERE!

I love the mustaches photo shoot series so much that I couldn't resist to use one of the photo again! LOL!! It brought back alot of crazy fun memories for sure :) Why the birdie is on the title? Well just thought it will look fancy there *wink*. What do you think? Haha.

Close up shots:
Love how well all the alpha stickers go along together!!

The orange chipboard with the word "cool" is by Scenic Route. K&Co came out with a packet of beautiful vintage embellies and I decided to layer it with that "dude with his big-wide mouth". LOL!

I used the Bazzill polka-dot embossed cardstock as the background. I stamped it with script stamp, misted it and applied Ranger crackled paint to create a subtle look.

Gosh, don't you just love the Martha Stewart Daisy border punch? It's just too yummo to pass!!

Last but not least, one of my fav is corrugated board/paper. It gives a really interesting look to your layout. I seriously {heart} corrugated board/paper!

Ok it's time to log off now, going for dinner soon :) Hope you are enjoying your day!

Mission To Create

Hey everyone!! Today I am gonna show you my very first card reveal at Mission To Create. Yaays!!

Wanna check out the concepts? Click HERE

The concepts are so much fun, I used all except for the interview journaling concept. Deborah managed to squeeze them all, she is genius. Be sure to check out her card :) Honestly, to include all the concepts in a card it was very challenging but it got me thinking!! I am glad it turned out good, don't you think so? If you are not into cards, we have them in layouts too. Do check out the layouts by the creative DTs HERE :)

Happy Monday!

Happy Mother's Day!!

To all the mothers, I would like to wish you a very "Happy Mother's Day"!! I am blessed to have friends that are "motherly" to me. I appreciate your advises, your friendship and of your course your love. Hugs! Though I am not a mom physically yet but I am happy to have my fur-kids, Tuffie & Tobes with me all the time. You both are my GEMS! I really wish to have my own kids soon :)

My Mum passed away 4 years ago and I missed her every single day. Yup, till today! But I am glad that I have a very loving and caring Mother-in-law. That's Mr. Handsome's Mum. She is very understanding and loves us very much :)

We just got back from having dinner over at my in-laws house to celebrate Mother's Day and also my MIL's birthday. My MIL requested me to cook 'Chicken Rendang with potatoes' and how could I say "NO". She is the sweetest woman and I am proud to call her Mum.

I also made her a Mother's Day card and I am glad she loved it! To me, handmade item touches soul :) We also got her book store vouchers so she can get what she desires. Vouchers are always the best gift when you are clueless what to give... LOL!!

Hope you like the card as much as my MIL did! It's time to go to bed now
Nite nite everyone *yawn*

Friends Don't Let Friends Do Stupid Things Alone... AGAIN!

I love that title and I used it AGAIN!! LOL! Thanks ladies for dropping by and telling me how much you have enjoyed the "crazy-hilarious-one of its kind" photo shoot series with the Hambly mo's. Glad that you ALL had a good time laughing! Hehe.

This time I am back to show you what I did for Scrap-It-Lah's May Sketch Challenge. This sketch was designed by moi, nothing magnificent really! Just wanted to create a multi-photo sketch :)

But before that, let me show you some silly photos BUT this time round is not as silly as the one below. No MO's! A little more decent shots. Haha. Here we go AGAIN...

Paul is trying the "Lady Gaga" look!! LOL! That's actually Eric's helmet screen.

Here is the SIL May's Sketch Challenge layout...

Loving the Scarlet Lime kits. They made my life so much easier. Don't have to dig but to just use the ones in the kit.

Close-up shots:

Guess what... I am now a part of Mission To Create Card DT!! Toot toot!! In fact, they are searching for more card DTs and if you are interested, please click HERE :) You gonna love it there :) I am glad that Nicole approached me because I missed making cards... seriously!! Thanks Nicole for the opportunity :)

Thanks for dropping by and leaving me some love. Off to check out everyone's update :)

Friends Don't Let Friends Do Stupid Things Alone

HAPPY NSD to all my scrapper friends and readers (if there are any... hehe)!! Woo hoo!!

First of all, I would like to send my warmest gratitude to all who have participated in my SIL challenge. You ladies rock it so HARD that I had difficult time to choose the winner. Since I am in the mood of giving too (just like Michelle), I decided to present another RAK to a very cute layout. You can check the winners HERE. Thank you for all your tremendous support!!

Ok, I am back to reveal my take on Sketchabilities sketch #15. But before that, remember I told you that my friend, Paul Hughes from Penang came to visit us? Remember I mentioned that we had a very crazy, silly shot? It's time to reveal them. I was laughing so hard when I edit the photos and imagine that I need to scrap them. LOL!!

It all started with a pack of Hambly moustache rubons Sasha RAK-ed me. The craziness begin....

Paul looks like a BIG MAFIA Or HULK HOGAN?
What say you?

Don't I look like a proud "NAZI" LOL!!

Gosh I was laughing so so HARD when they pulled their pants up!! HILARIOUS!!

Now to present to you my take on Sketchabilities # 15. Love the title, don't you?

Love the Cosmo Cricket "Boyfriend" collection. Glad that I bought them because the photos matched the silly sayings! LOL!

Close up shots:

Alright, it's time to have our breakfast. Mr handsome wants to have McDonald's!
